We are looking for a Corporate Services Assistant to support our Croatian team, handling office management, travel, procurement, and vendor services with efficiency and care, and contributing to seamless corporate operations across the Group.

🔎 Who are we looking for?
💼 Qualifications and Experience
- High school degree with at least 1 year of experience in office management or a similar role
- Open to working from the office on a regular basis (9:00–17:00 for full‑time or 10:00–14:00 for part‑time)
- Values an on‑site work environment and enjoys being present in the office as part of the day‑to‑day team collaboration
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and departments
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Advanced computer literacy and ability to prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance and professional conduct
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
📑 Your responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Croatian office, while providing remote operational support to other assigned global offices across the Group.
- Manage non-clinical vendors at both local and global levels, including office suppliers, couriers, travel services, and maintenance providers, in line with Group standards and processes.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and asset records, ensuring timely procurement, replenishment, and consistent asset tracking across supported offices.
- Administer the company car fleet, including maintenance, insurance, and documentation, in coordination with local requirements and Group policies.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and employee gatherings for the Croatian office, while supporting Group-wide and cross-office events remotely as assigned.
- Support business travel, client meetings, and onboarding/offboarding logistics in collaboration with IT and HR, ensuring alignment with global processes and consistency across offices.
- Contribute to Group-wide process improvements, documentation management, and reporting within Corporate Affairs, supporting the standardization and optimization of office operations across the organization.
