We're looking for a Feasibility Officer I to join our Medical Affairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical research professional who wants to broaden their impact, develop strategic thinking skills, and gain exposure to how global clinical trials are planned and positioned for success.
In this role, you'll build expertise in clinical trial feasibility, site intelligence, country strategy, and patient recruitment planning, while working closely with international teams on studies across multiple therapeutic areas.

🔎 Who are we looking for?
💼 Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Public Health, or another relevant scientific field
- Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience, preferably within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, clinical site, healthcare environment, or related field
- Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse data and identify meaningful trends and insights
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience using clinical intelligence tools such as Citeline or similar platforms will be considered an advantage
- Fluent English, written and verbal
📑 Your responsibilities
- Support feasibility activities for pre-award and post-award clinical trial projects
- Collect, review, and analyse internal and external clinical research data
- Support country and site identification strategies based on protocol requirements and recruitment potential
- Assist in the development and deployment of protocol-specific feasibility questionnaires
- Analyse site and country feedback to support study planning recommendations
- Review epidemiology, patient population, recruitment, and site performance data
- Prepare feasibility analyses, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Business Development, Project Management, and Clinical Operations teams
- Contribute to data-driven recommendations that support country selection and study delivery strategies
- Continuously expand knowledge of clinical research, therapeutic areas, and industry trends
