🔎 Who are we looking for?
💼 Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Economics; Finance or Accounting, (or equivalent required)
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in finance/ controlling/ financial advisory
- Experience in managing teams
- CFA, ACCA, or equivalent will be taken as an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (most of the business communication is in English!)
- Advanced MS Office user (MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI)
- Continuous improvement attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Honesty and integrity in dealing with others
📃 Your responsibilities
- Process development and enhancement: establish clear workflows, tools and procedures to maximize efficiencies and quality
- Ensure proper transfer pricing structure and documentation, support the risk management and ESG set-ups
- Strong focus on managing the team: monitor regular assignments, develop and track meaningful KPIs, long-term training plans and carrier development of the team
- Support the financial forecasting process and monitor the realization, support the annual audit process
- Perform various analyses and transform them into understandable narratives to provide insights into decision-making process
- Manage relationships with international banks
- Manage and support various company initiatives, e.g. opening of new companies, tax structure optimization
- Efficiently collaborating across the company: establish and maintain excellent cross- and inter-departmental relationships
