We’re now looking for a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our established HR team of 8 colleagues. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting several countries, managing HR administration, driving performance management processes, and contributing to reward and benefits initiatives.

🔎 Who are we looking for?
đź’Ľ Qualifications and Experience
- University degree, preferably in economics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR on a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience in:
- HR administration and employee lifecycle management
- Performance management and appraisal processes
- Reward and benefits systems and implementation
- Experience in employee training and development is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills in both local language and English
- High level of independence, organization, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality
- Strong orientation towards employee support and being a trusted HR partner
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization is an advantage
đź“‘ Your responsibilities
Performance Management:
- Design and Implement Frameworks: Develop and execute goal-setting, mid-year and annual appraisal processes, and performance improvement plans tailored to organizational culture.
- Enable Effective Conversations: Provide guidance to managers and employees on constructive feedback, career development, and performance discussions.
- Ensure Global Consistency: Maintain standardized performance practices while adapting to local regulatory and cultural contexts.
- Partner with Leadership: Align performance management initiatives with business objectives to drive engagement and productivity.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, strengths, and development areas; recommend actionable improvements.
Reward and Benefits:
- Program Design: Collaborate with leadership to create and manage competitive reward and benefits programs that enhance motivation and retention.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct research and analysis of compensation and benefits across countries to ensure market competitiveness.
- Implementation & Compliance: Oversee benefits administration (health, wellness, retirement, insurance) ensuring accurate enrolment, compliance, and clear communication.
- Employee Support: Act as the primary contact for compensation and benefits queries, ensuring transparency and consistency.
- Global Harmonization: Work with HR colleagues to maintain best practices and consistency across regions.
HR Administration and Employee Support:
- HR Operations: manage HR administration for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Employee Relations: act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance, support, and solutions across HR-related matters and general inquiries.
Other:
- Participate in other exciting HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, culture, and overall experience.
