We process your personal information on the basis of your consent for the purpose of contacting us in the competition process and for the purpose of collecting the tender documentation.
The collected data and documentation such as first name, last name, data from the attached CV (date of birth, occupation, occupation, degree of education, etc.) will be processed for the purpose of conducting the selection procedure for selecting the best fitting candidate for the job. This procedure includes, for example, checking references, testing the required qualifications and competencies, communicating with the candidate related to the selection process, completing questionnaires and tests, collecting statutory documentation for the job.
We will process personal information until your consent is withdrawn. If you do not withdraw your consent, your personal information will be deleted after two years from the date you gave us your consent to use your personal information for the purpose of filling other job vacancies in the future. Where judicial, administrative, or extrajudicial proceedings are instituted, personal data may be stored for the remainder of such proceedings, including the possible period for the declaration of legal remedies.
You are under no obligation to give your consent for the use of your personal information for the purposes stated above. If you do not wish to give your consent, we will not process your personal information. By refusing to give permission you will not bear any negative consequences.
Your rights are as follows: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to limit processing, right to object, right to data portability. If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Croatia.
