We are looking for a People Operations Associate who is eager to grow their career in HR and become an important part of our international People & Culture team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization and administration but also wants to go beyond operational tasks. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and motivated to learn about different areas of HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, and employer branding.
You'll have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in international HR operations while working closely with colleagues across Europe, India and the US. At the same time, you'll be encouraged to contribute ideas, improve processes, and gradually expand your expertise across various People & Culture initiatives.

🔎Who are we looking for?
🧐You will be a great fit if you have the following:
- have experience in HR administration, People Operations, or a similar coordination/support role
- are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- have a proactive mindset, take ownership of your work, and look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- are eager to learn, grow, and expand your expertise across different areas of People & Culture
- possess strong emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism, and can build trusted relationships while handling confidential information with discretion
- are fluent in English and comfortable using modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365 applications and AI-powered productivity tools
It would be considered an advantage if you have:
- familiarity with HR administration across multiple countries
- experience supporting payroll preparation
- knowledge of labor legislation
- exposure to recruitment coordination, employer branding, or employee engagement activities
📑Your responsibilities:
- Providing People Operations support across several countries in Europe and the US
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee records and HR documentation
- Managing and updating People Operations databases and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting payroll preparation and cooperation with external payroll providers
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and People & Culture-related requests
- Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinating interviews and providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition activities
- Contributing to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
- Supporting internal People & Culture projects and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure an excellent employee experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and helping us build scalable People & Culture processes
