We're looking for a Project Manager I to join our Project Management team in Greece. This role is ideal for someone who has recently started their Project Management career or an experienced Lead CRA who is ready to take the next step into project leadership.
At Optimapharm, you'll gain hands-on experience managing local clinical trials, working closely with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional teams while developing the skills needed to progress into larger regional and global project management roles.

🔎 Who are we looking for?
💼 Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or another relevant field
- 4+ years of clinical research experience, including 2+ years of experience as a Lead CRA
- Previous Project Management experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Experience managing local studies in Greece is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in project leadership, business operations, and client management
- Fluent English and Greek, written and verbal
- Growth mindset, accountability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
📑 Your responsibilities
- Support the planning, management, and execution of local clinical trials in Greece
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
- Track study progress and proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
- Support project budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting under the guidance of senior project leaders
- Maintain effective communication with sponsors, investigators, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and inspection-ready
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular project status updates
- Contribute to process improvements and best-practice sharing within the Project Management team
- Develop expertise and progressively take on greater project leadership responsibilities
