We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant who is at the beginning of their HR/recruiting career and excited to grow in an international environment.

You’ll join our Talent Acquisition team as the second team member and will be closely mentored by our TA Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, data, and systems.

🔎 Who are we looking for?


💼 Qualifications and Experience 

  • Early-career professional or recent graduate (Psychology background is a strong plus, but not required)
  • Previous exposure to candidate conversations or interviews through studies or early career experience, paired with genuine curiosity about people
  • Highly motivated with a strong learning mindset
  • Comfortable using Excel and digital tools; affinity for analytics is plus
  • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-changing environments
  • Creative problem-solver with proactive attitude
  • International exposure (living, studying, or working abroad) is a plus
  • Experience with Canva or ATS tools (e.g. Talentlyft) is a bonus, not a must


📑 Your responsibilities

  • Support job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain recruiting trackers and metrics (Excel-based reporting)
  • Communicate feedback and ensure great candidate experience
  • Support Employer Branding activities
  • Assist with onboarding coordination
  • Review candidate databases
  • Help build recruiting templates and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of TA processes
