We are looking for a Medical Writer with proven experience in non-interventional studies (NIS), observational research, and Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects to join our Medical Affairs team. Working across both interventional and non-interventional research, you will play a key role in transforming complex clinical and real-world data into clear, scientifically robust deliverables that help our clients generate meaningful evidence and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

💼 Qualifications and Experience 

  • Master's degree or higher in a medical, life science, pharmacy, epidemiology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of medical or scientific writing experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environment.
  • Proven experience supporting non-interventional studies (NIS), observational research, patient registries, and/or Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and medical writing standards.
  • Experience developing clinical, scientific, regulatory, and publication documents.
  • Familiarity with FDA, EMA, ICH, and applicable observational research guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and literature review skills.


📑 Your responsibilities

  • Author, review, and finalize clinical, scientific, regulatory, and publication documents.
  • Lead medical writing activities for interventional and non-interventional studies, including Real-World Evidence (RWE) and observational research projects.
  • Develop study protocols, study reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and other scientific deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of documents.
  • Manage document review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and client requirements.
  • Conduct literature reviews and support the interpretation and communication of clinical and real-world data.
  • Contribute to process improvements, quality initiatives, and the development of internal documentation.
  • Stay up to date with evolving regulatory requirements, industry trends, and medical writing best practices.
